Iraq is not a party to the dispute between the Gulf Arab states and Qatar, Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said.
"We have good relations with all countries despite differences," Abbadi told a news conference in Baghdad.
"There are problems related to supporting terrorism, and the incitement to murder and all these problems have exploded once."
"We hope to solve the problems, and a country can not live on its own, and ready to cooperate to fight terrorism," he said.
"We have succeeded in reaching relations with Kuwait and we are working on ending all the files," he said.
"We are not satisfied with the payment of compensation, but we are committed to international resolutions," he said.
He also stressed that "his government aims to control the border with Syria in coordination with the Syrian government."
He said that his government has one goal with the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, which is to eliminate an oppressive organization.
It appears from Abbadi's comments that he refuses to cooperate with Syrian fighters backed by the United States and Syrian Kurdish forces backed by Washington as well.
The Iraqi prime minister stressed that his government would not allow fighters to cross from Iraq to Syria, apparently referring to the factions of the crowd to support the Syrian government forces.
"Our heroine forces continue their victories," he said. "We have liberated Baaj and many neighborhoods, areas and lands in Mosul. We will complete this page soon."
"Our goal is to protect our land and our borders and our decision not to allow entry into Syrian territory. This is not our goal and we can not allow it," he said. "We use smoke bombs in Mosul to prevent a man from directing his weapons to civilians."
He stressed that "our meeting with the national security adviser in the Kurdistan region pleased Barzani for security consultation and communication to complete the liberation processes and solve our problems and the talk was very frank and urged everyone threatened and nearly collapsed Iraq and this lesson is eloquent requires that we cooperate even if not cooperation between the region and the government would have been a harder battle.
"We are continuing our efforts to restore stability in the liberated areas," Abadi said. "The government is making vigorous efforts to restore basic services, schools and university studies, especially Mosul University."
He also pointed out that "Iraq has witnessed an important sports event in Basra," continuing to say, "I urge sports officials in the country to continue their efforts and cooperation among them to lift the ban completely from Iraqi stadiums."
"I congratulate the efforts being made to lift the embargo." He also congratulated the Iraqi people and the Iraqi public, who painted a clear picture of Iraq at Basra Stadium.
The vote was announced on the disbursement of requirements of the Ministry of Defense and meet the requirements of the Iraqi Air Force and Air Force.
He also pointed out that the supplementary budget was discussed for submission to the House of Representatives as well as the approval of the disbursement of dues of contractors and farmers.
