The arrest of Iraqi immigrants in the United States

According to US official, on Monday, that officers in the immigration agency began to implement specific operations to capture Iraqi immigrants were sentenced to deportation after committing serious crimes.
"Reuters" quoted a spokeswoman for the enforcement of US immigration laws, administration, Gillian Christensen, she said, he was "a result of recent negotiations between the United States and Iraq and Baghdad agreed recently to accept a number of Iraqis who have been sentenced to deportation orders."
She added that there were reports of the arrest of Iraqis in the past few days, but did not respond as a result of negotiations between the two governments, while not issued any comment from the Iraqi Embassy in Washington about it.
She explained Christensen, "Iraqis convicted of serious crimes, each one of them over the full and fair procedures on migration concluded after a federal judge who specializes in immigration issues, given that they are not eligible for any exemption under US law and ordered their deportation."
It is worth mentioning that the enforcement of immigration laws and customs administration officials, were arrested during the past few days, people from the Chaldean Catholic community in Detroit, Michigan and Kurds Iraqis in Nashville, Tennessee, where the move comes after the US government ruled Iraq from the list of countries covered by the executive order rate travel ban .
