Secretary - General of the Foundation rights praised rights in Iraq , Dr. Walid ornaments, the great victories achieved by Iraq on terrorism, stressing that those victories, made the country more stable in the political and security aspects, as well as economic recovery.
He added ornaments in a statement that « the Iraqi government is keen to implement the investment on a larger scale project, which is confirmed by the amendment of the Investment Law No. 50 of 2015, which provides for the provision of necessary for the establishment of investment projects , facilities, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises covered by the provisions of this law in the markets local and foreign. »
He stressed « the pursuit of all official parties in Iraq to« human resources development, and protect the rights and property of local and foreign investors, in addition to enhancing confidence in the investment environment, stimulate investment, and promote it, and the simplification of administrative procedures for investment projects, and giving them priority in the achievement, and the establishment of one window for investment. »
He ornaments that « the development of investment will lead to an increase of the Iraqi economy movement, providing tens of thousands of jobs, and will contribute to the entry of major investors in technology, construction, industry, agriculture and other», stressing at the same time that « the promotion of the reality of investment in the country, would rise the level Iraqi production to international standards, and raise the level of leadership competencies, administrative, planning and implementation, and enhance the quality and quality needed by Iraq in the process of sustainable development ».
