     Riyadh - PARIS (AFP) - Reuters

    Held US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson talks with four Arab countries on Wednesday as part of efforts to ease the boycott of Qatar after the countries said that the signing of an agreement between the United States and Qatar to combat the financing of terrorism, a step not commensurate with their concerns.

    A senior UAE official ahead of the talks that any solution to the dispute must address all the concerns referred to by Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt , and to undermine the stability of the Doha region.
    The four countries have imposed sanctions on Qatar on the fifth of June, accusing the financing of radical Islamic groups and alliance with Iran Doha denies this. The four states of Qatar and allies of the United States.
    Tillerson and arrived in the port city of Jeddah on the Red Sea , where he met with the foreign ministers of the four countries and the ministers to pay to end the worst dispute between the Gulf countries since the establishment of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States in 1981.     The Saudi Press Agency said Tillerson also met with Saudi Arabia 's King Salman and they discussed regional developments , especially efforts to combat terrorism and its financing.
    And shortly after the signing of a memorandum of understanding Tillerson in Doha on Tuesday , aims to combat the financing of terrorism , the four countries issued a statement which described the move as insufficient.
    It said in the statement also said sanctions on Doha will continue to meet their demands and that it will continue to monitor Qatar 's efforts in combating the financing of terrorism list.
    The four countries demanded once again the implementation of their demands "full fair , which included addressing terrorism and to achieve stability and security in the region." The four countries have previously said that these demands are null.
    Demands include Qatar 's shrinking ties with Iran and shut down Al Jazeera television news and shut down a Turkish military base on its territory and recognizes all those who are considered terrorists.
    The four countries that Qatar intersection in the joint statement on Tuesday that she appreciated the efforts of the United States in the fight against terrorism , but will closely monitor the behavior of Qatar said.
    The statement added , "This step is not enough , and the four countries will monitor closely the seriousness of the Qatari authorities in the fight against all forms of terrorism financing, support and embrace."
    He said Anwar Gargash, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs The roots of the dispute is due to the lack of confidence and any solution must address the "concerns" of the four countries.
    Gargash wrote in the tweet in English on his account on Twitter says "diplomacy must deal with Qatar 's support for extremism and terrorism and to undermine the stability of the region. The solution will not be a temporary solution wise."
    He added , "We have a unique opportunity to change that. This is not a four Gulf states battling."
    The United States is concerned , fearing that this crisis affect its military operations and counter - terrorism operations carried out and increase the regional influence of Iran , which supports Qatar by allowing them to use air and maritime space.
    The French Foreign Ministry said in a statement yesterday, said that «Foreign Minister Jean - Yves Le Derian will visit Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates on 15 and 16 July in the framework of ongoing efforts to ease tensions in the Gulf region».
    She added: «In terms of the current tensions affecting these countries with which we have close and friendly relations call for a quick calm in favor of everyone», noting that «round agree with what the United States, Britain and Germany adopted the strategies in regards to the Gulf».
