Defense unveils new arms deals for the development of air and ground forces

Revealed the Ministry of Defense, on Wednesday, its intention to conclude new arms deals to modernize the Air Force advanced fighter jets, citing orientation to diversify the sources of weapons and the development of local military industry.
He said ministry spokesman Brigadier General Mohammad vegetative in a statement / information /, "The ministry plans in the coming days to conclude new arms deals to modernize the Air Iraqi Army Air Force."
He added vegetative, that "ground forces, tanks and armored vehicles will take delivery of modern Russian and others to improve the performance of combat to counter terrorist gangs," noting that "the diversification of arms is necessary for all countries to maintain national sovereignty and improve the performance of combat."
The Iraqi ambassador to the Czech Republic Walid Cltag revealed on Tuesday, for a planned visit by Defense Minister Irfan Hayali to Prague to negotiate the purchase of new aircraft. Finished / 25 n
