The director of al-Baghdadi district in Anbar province Sharhabil al-Obeidi, on Wednesday, that the Minister of Defense Irfan al-Hayali open the door to volunteer in the army for 500 fighters from the tribes of the province.
Al-Obeidi said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "the Minister of Defense visited the base today, and met with local officials of Haditha, Baghdadi and Hit and security leaders in the army and police."
He added that "the Minister of Defense opened the door to volunteer for 500 fighters from the Anbar tribes in the army within the seventh division, as well as open the door to volunteer for 200 fighters from the clans in the police."
