Hakim stream officially joins the ranks of the National Alliance

     Baghdad / Range

President of the National Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim renewed the call of the Shiite parties to speed up the selection of a new president of the National Alliance instead. To this revealed a leader in the stream of wisdom about the most prominent candidates to succeed the wise.
This came at a time when the leadership of the coalition unanimously approved the accession of the stream of wisdom to the ranks of the coalition.
Hakim recently called on the Shiite parties to search for a new consensual figure for the post of president of the National Alliance.
Was selected as the wise, early September 2016, President of the Alliance for a single session for one year, replacing Ibrahim al - Jaafari , who took office since 2010.
Since the 2014 elections , tried a coalition of state law, passed Ali al - Adeeb to the Presidency of the National Alliance, but this endeavor ran into rejecting the Sadrists and the Supreme Council , which has seen Their relations, then, a great convergence after the overthrow of Maliki.
A statement by the Office of the President of the National Alliance, received (range) a copy of it, "The leadership of the Iraqi National Alliance held a meeting on Wednesday in Baghdad, and discussed the issues on the agenda, reviewing the developments of political and security situation and the battle of the liberation of Tal Afar."
The statement added that "members of the leadership of the coalition unanimously approved the accession of the stream of national wisdom to the ranks of the National Alliance," considering "his presence strength and support for the march of the National Alliance."
During the meeting, al-Hakim renewed his call for "the need to expedite the choice of alternative to the presidency of the National Alliance," stressing "his support and support for the new presidency."
Mohamed Abu Kallal, the representative of the wisdom movement in the Egyptian capital of Cairo, revealed that Vice President Nuri al-Maliki and the leader of Dawa Party Khudair al-Khuzaie are the most prominent candidates for the presidency of the National Alliance. He did not rule out that the current parliamentary elections will run away from the Shiite alliance.
In an interview with the Russian news agency Sputnik, Mohammed Abu Kallal said that al-Hakim's claim to replace him as head of the alliance was "not going to last for a second term." "There is no clear vision of who actually succeeds him, but there are nominees such as Nur al-Maliki and Khudair Khuzaie, but the real challenge is how far these names can correctly replace Hakim."
And on the participation of the stream of wisdom in the parliamentary elections scheduled for next April, Abu Kallal said that "the stream of wisdom civilian and not liberal, and we can alliance with all Sunni, Shiite or Kurdish forces." "Everyone has to think about a new Iraq because all the components are woven between the doctrine and nationalism," he said.
"So far, the decision that we will run the parliamentary elections outside the coalition, and this is not the first time, where the political forces enter the elections alone and then comes the coalition after the results emerge, because there are no Iraqi political forces can form a single government, so alliances are important."
