    The Foreign Affairs Committee of the People's Assembly of North Korea has called on world parliaments to monitor the work of US President Donald Trump, who is trying to plunge the world into a terrible nuclear disaster.
     
    This came in an open letter to the National People's Congress (NPC), published Monday in the central Nodun Sinmun newspaper.
     
    North Korean lawmakers wrote in their letter that the first days of the Bush administration "carried out an arbitrary and authoritarian policy based on the principle of America first." In violation of the United Nations Charter, Washington has "cooked up an illegal decision to impose sanctions that do not respect the basic right of the Korean people to the country's economic well-being and development," they said.
     
    The Commission strongly condemned Trump's reckless statements, describing them as an unforgivable insult to the Korean people and a declaration of war against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
     
    Trump is very wrong and shows signs of ignorance if he expects to be able to bend a nuclear power on her knees, such as the Republic of Korea by means of a military threat, she said.


    The letter confirmed the deputies' support for the development of friendly relations and cooperation with parliaments and peace-loving forces in other countries. They called Trump "crazy dementia."
