    Information / Baghdad ..
The legal expert Tariq Harb, on Wednesday, the Federal Court issued a decision to hold all Kurdish MPs who participated in the referendum on secession in northern Iraq, pointing out that the decision is based on Article 50 of the Constitution, which required the official to maintain the unity of the country.
"The Federal Court will support the Federal Parliament on the accountability of any Kurdish deputy who participated in the referendum on the secession of northern Iraq in accordance with Article 50 of the Constitution, which provides for the maintenance of the unity and independence of the country to any official."
He added that "the decision of the Federal Court need to legislate a law concluded by the House of Representatives because of the absence of a legal text to hold the lawmakers in the service."
"These measures are subject to political consensus and understandings. In the event of an escalation, all of them are held accountable," he said. "Otherwise, the resolution is completely ignored under national reconciliation." Ending / 25 d
