He continued, "The mass per constituency prefer, but in the absence of a consensus between the blocs, will agree to multi-constituency system provided there is compensatory seats."
The House of Representatives postponed a vote on the law in the session last Thursday because of continuing differences between the blocks on the compensatory seats, but the Presidency has committed blocs to reach an agreement for approval as soon as and hold Alantkhabaat in the scheduled date. "
