10/10/2017 12:00 am [rtl]Hussein Thagb Planning methods and trends are developing all over the globe in parallel with developments in all aspects of life without exception, which achieve positive results due to competition between the parties to the market in different. When monitoring the mechanisms of planning internationally and regionally, it is clear through the positive results achieved at all levels of the economy, which are integrated by reaching the goals through competing companies that translated the plans into a reality of economic feasibility, which positively affects the life of society, "which has duties and rights." Planning institutions examine society and annual growth rates and then chart the future courses of action and the plans required here and there. In Iraq we find that we need to advance the planning to chart the course of the future work, which should be directed towards the need of the actual citizen and where lies our problems within the community and the needs that we must our duty to provide to raise the standard of living. It is no secret that the problem of housing in Iraq is among the most common problems facing the country, which is constantly worsening as the demographic growth line rises. It is noted that the treatments adopted by the private sector for this problem need to be accurate planning, where the reality requires that we stand in the social groups that already suffer from the repercussions of the housing problem and work towards addressing them by providing suitable housing units. When we interpret the word "appropriate", we have an analysis of the income levels of this large group, which exceeds 3 million households, according to available statistics, and this number is increasing annually. Today we find that the capital Baghdad is witnessing the rise of residential buildings in Karkha and Safadtha This is positive in the whole and a sign of new hope may lead to overcome the housing crisis, but the question of those who build these complexes? Can families who do not have a "poor" housing unit buy these units? Of course, the sector that suffers from population pressure is very limited and the supply of housing units is more than (120) thousand dollars per unit of housing and these numbers are not strong by families with limited income. Here, the plan is to realize the need for low-cost housing complexes and world-class specifications through the pre-built construction technology, which Iraq recently owned and started to work on important projects.
