[rtl]Minister of Water Resources Hasan al-Janabi announced the success of implementing the summer and winter plan in light of the scarcity of water imports this year.[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Janabi said in a press statement on Monday that the ministry is keen to provide water rations to agricultural land by applying the system of water rationing and serious cooperation with local governments and security agencies to remove excesses on water quotas and access to rivers and streams, Iraq and the rest of the other uses and all the provinces of Iraq.[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Janabi added that the ministry is seeking to develop the mechanism of predicting the quantity and availability of water in order to prepare the agricultural plan for the winter and summer seasons according to the amount of rain expected to fall, and this would succeed any agricultural plan .[/rtl]
