Japan's holdings of US bonds fell to $ 1,096 billion in September, against $ 1101.7 billion, but despite the decline it continued in second place.

The UAE's holdings in September fell to $ 54.3 billion, compared with $ 55.9 billion in August, while Kuwait's holdings of US bonds rose to $ 38 billion, compared with $ 35.6 billion a month earlier.
