Al-Allaibi said that Iraq is in the process of opening a dialogue with Russia's state-run Rosneft, one of the most active investors in Kurdistan. Rosneft is investing $ 400 million in five oil regions in Kurdistan.
Jabbar al-Luaibi said current production from Kirkuk, which amounts to about 80 thousand barrels per day, is being trucked to power stations and local refineries.
