[ltr]The Ministry of Transport announced on Sunday that the General Company of Iraqi Ports has returned the giant drilling vessel "Umm Qasr" to work after its rehabilitation.[/ltr]
[ltr]A Transport Ministry statement issued by Mawazine News received a copy of the Minister of Transport Kazem Venjan Al-Hamami as saying: "With exceptional and autonomous efforts, the technical and engineering teams in the Department of Shipyards and Marine Industries have been able to repair and reconstruct the drilling rig in the dredger and return it to work at sea."[/ltr]
[ltr]Al-Hamami praised "the work of the engineers and their experience in accomplishing this work without recourse or need for foreign companies."[/ltr]
[ltr]It should be noted that the Department of Shipyards in Iraqi ports includes the most important engineering workshops and the work of which the elite of the owners of engineering expertise. End of 29 / m[/ltr]
