    The parliamentary legal committee announced that the draft law (from where to you this) will include the president of the republic down to the smallest employee in the state institutions.

"


    He added that "this proposal addresses the financial corruption and puts in the hands of the Prime Minister mechanisms and procedures for how to recover illegal funds, at the responsibility of the State of Iraq since 2003 to date, the rank of Director General and above and those who were elected and executive officials, Noting that "the law applies to all Iraqi territory and all provinces, including the Kurdistan region because federal imports wherever they should be followed up and control how to deal with them."


    He stressed that "this law will allow the Prime Minister, practical steps to how to combat corruption on the financial side," likely to pass the proposal with the possibility of amendment according to the proposals of the deputies, where the prevailing atmosphere of public support popular and political and anti-corruption.
