[ltr]The House of Representatives holds, Thursday, its regular session to vote and read several laws, most notably the Nursing Syndicate and discuss the proposed law of the House of Representatives and its composition.[/ltr]
[ltr]"The parliament is holding its regular session to complete the vote on the proposed law of the Nursing Syndicate (the Committee of Civil Society Organizations, the Legal Committee, the Finance Committee, the Health and Environment Committee) (the remaining 36 articles)," the Information Service said in a statement received by Mawazine News, , And hosting the members of the Board of Commissioners in the Independent High Electoral Commission. "[/ltr]
[ltr]The statement added that "the session includes the completion of the first reading of the proposed law of the first amendment to the law of the Counter-Terrorism No. 31 of 2016 (Committee on Security and Defense) (4 article), and the first reading of the draft law of the first amendment to the law of quarantine No. 76 (2012) Committee on Agriculture, Water and Marshlands, Committee on Health and the Environment) (Article 6) ".[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "the agenda of the session includes a report and discussion of the proposed law of the House of Representatives and its composition (the Legal Committee, the Finance Committee) (53 articles), and presented a report and discussion of the draft law amending the Penal Code contained in the Penal Code No. (111) 6) for the year 2008 (Legal Committee) (2 article) ".[/ltr]
[ltr]He pointed out that "the session will include the presentation of a report and discussion of the draft law on the rights of Turkmen (Commission on Human Rights) (18 articles), and the report and discussion of the proposal of the law of Samarra capital of Islamic culture (Committee on Tourism and Antiquities, the Legal Committee) (4 article).[/ltr]
