    [ltr]MP stressed the coalition of the rule of law Zeinab al-Khazraji, on Sunday, the need to include an important article on the benefits of the provinces in the draft federal budget law for the year 2018, while accusing the parliament that it works to rob the right of the south through the budget, it confirmed that the budget does not equal the price of paper Which was printed on it unless the rehabilitation of the rights of the people of the southern provinces.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Unless the current year's budget includes the petrodollar maturity, the failure to approve the budget is better than approving it, because they will not vote on the budget, which is not worth the price of the paper on which the budget was printed," Khazraji said in a statement.[/ltr]
    [ltr]She added that "the provincial oil-producing provinces adhere to this constitutional right, away from any election propaganda as some try to confuse papers and call the claim of petrodollar election propaganda, because this is not true and can not be tolerated more."[/ltr]
    [ltr]She added that "the budget of the country comes from the provinces of the south and is marginalized and suffer deterioration in the reality of service, health and education, not to mention the suspension of projects because of lack of financial liquidity, especially that there are projects have collapsed despite claims to the federal government but to no avail.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Al-Khazraji pointed out that" the budget of the current year will not be like previous budgets of previous years, which robbed the right petrodollar, so we are determined to include this right and half of the southern provinces producing oil. "[/ltr]
