[ltr]The US Air Force Command in the Pacific reported that it had deployed three strategic B-2 Spirit bombers capable of carrying nuclear weapons to an air base on the island of Guam.[/ltr]
[ltr]"About 200 soldiers and three B-2 bombers were deployed at the Anderson base to support the Pacific Command Fighter and the Deterrence Mission," said a statement posted on its Twitter page.[/ltr]
[ltr]The statement did not say how long the bombers would remain on the American island of Guam.[/ltr]
[ltr]Washington has repeatedly declared that North Korea's policy is one of the most dangerous threats in the Asia-Pacific region.
