Negotiations to declare a popular coalition with Maliki election

Informed political sources revealed that a coalition looms in the horizon between the list opened opening, composed of most of the parties belonging to the popular mobilization and the coalition of state law led by Vice President Nuri al-Maliki.
The sources added that daily talks were held between the two lists in preparation for announcing the final agreement to enter the elections.
Observers said that the break-up of the alliance between the coalition «conquest» and »victory», opened the way for Maliki to move towards the leaders of the "crowd" and persuade them to ally with them «after the elections», but other sources confirmed the tendency of the leaders of the "conquest" of Abadi and his coalition.
In conjunction with Al Ameri's statement, Maliki's Information Office issued a statement saying that "our electoral alliances are clear. Our basic condition for the alliance is to agree with Maliki's political majority."
According to the statement, "whoever agrees with this project (the political majority) will be our ally and partner, because the majority project is anti-quotas and all the issues that were impeding the process of nation-building."
Maliki's office confirmed, at the end of the statement, that «the most important alliances will be after the elections».
According to observers of the Iraqi political situation, Al-Fath coalition currently includes 18 political entities: Badr, Islamic Movement in Iraq, Honesty and Giving, Islamic Pioneer, Jihad and Construction, Muntasroun, Sadiq, Independent Popular Gathering, Reconstructionists, , Justice and Unity, Fulfillment and Change, Hezbollah Iraq, the Islamic Supreme Council, the Islamic Action Organization, 15 Shaban and the Shabak Gathering.
