The head of the independent parliamentary bloc Sadik al-Laban said on Thursday that the United States failed to abide by the strategic framework agreement between the two countries, noting that Washington did not stand with Iraq in the near circumstances.

Al-Labban said in a press statement that "the United States failed to give Iraq the necessary commitments under the Strategic Framework Agreement at a time when Iraq was in dire need to stand up to a supporter," noting that "the delay in the implementation of contracts between the two countries is a negative indication of the nature of that Convention and common relations Between Baghdad and Washington. "

Al-Labban called for "a program that would frame the agreement between the two countries in practice," pointing out that "it is not possible for the United States to restrict Iraq to conclude agreements with other countries."

US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan is due to visit Baghdad on Sunday to discuss the implementation of the strategic framework agreement between the two countries at the diplomatic, political and economic levels. C

Looked up this word... Sometimes you think you know the exact meaning but I even like this word better now..

    im·ple·men·ta·tion
    ˌimpləmənˈtāSH(ə)n/
    noun
    noun: implementation; plural noun: implementations

the process of putting a decision or plan into effect; execution.
