The Parliamentary Committee of the provinces and provinces on Saturday confirmed the "impossibility" of nominating any politician required for terrorism or corruption in local or parliamentary elections, noting that the two laws contain clauses that prohibit the nomination of any person required for the judiciary.
Committee member Ahmed al-Badri said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "talking about the possibility of fighting some of the politicians wanted to judge on charges of terrorism or corruption is impossible."
Al-Badri said that "the laws of the provincial councils and the deputies include explicit assurances that no candidate can be accepted for a crime that violates honor or terrorism."
Al-Badri pointed out that "the legal bodies in the Electoral Commission, accountability and justice will be responsible for isolating those figures and preventing them from running in the upcoming elections by checking the curricula vitae of the candidates." Ending / 25 d
