    The decision of the House of Representatives Niasi Myanmar Uglu, on Sunday, the impossibility of passing the emergency law for failure to meet the conditions of due in it, noting that the law is raised in parliament when the government sent a request for a threat to national security.

     "The passing of the emergency law is impossible because there is no threat to national security, as well as the stability of the political and social situation in the country, which means that the most important conditions of the declaration are not available," Oglu said in a statement.

     He added that "the conditions for the adoption of any law is to send the government draft legislation to the parliament to put the touches and amendments to approve it, but what happened otherwise otherwise, where the government did not send any draft emergency law or demanding to declare."

    "The Constitution sets the declaration of the state of emergency for one month only and in the event of extension voted by a majority within parliament, which means the futility of its declaration in the event of a request to postpone the elections." End 25 d
