[rtl]Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Wednesday that the federal government has put all its potential in the budget submitted to parliament, such as the bill for the general budget for the year 2018.[/rtl]

[rtl]"We want equality and justice in the distribution of resources, we have to provide security and services for the return of displaced persons and the distribution of voter cards," Abadi said in a speech from the House of Representatives, where the latter held a secret meeting in his presence to discuss the budget.[/rtl]

[rtl]He added that "the Council of Ministers launched yesterday the financial allocations to the Electoral Commission."[/rtl]

[rtl]He continued saying: "We put all our potential in this budget, and we relied on population ratios about the share of the region in them."[/rtl]
