A parliamentary source revealed early, Monday, the lifting of the Presidency of the House of Representatives parliamentary session to Sunday.
The source said for / Mawazin News / that "the meeting of the House of Representatives for this day saw objections by the political blocs, especially when the second reading of the draft budget law," noting that "the Kurdistan Alliance deputies refused to read the project and managed to break the quorum through their exit from the meeting hall.
The source added that "the presidency of the Council decided to adjourn the meeting until next Sunday."
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives, resumed on Monday, held its tenth session under the chairmanship of Salim Jubouri, where the session saw the discussion of several laws, the most important draft budget law.[/ltr]
