    Baghdad / Sky Press:

The Amir of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, announced the allocation of one billion dollars to Iraq, stressing the allocation of another billion dollars for investment inside Iraq.

"The State of Kuwait will commit to allocate one billion dollars to lend Iraq according to the Kuwaiti fund and another $ 1 billion to invest in investment opportunities as well as the contribution of Kuwaiti charities," Sabah said in his speech at the end of Iraq's reconstruction conference held in Kuwait.

He added that "positive indicators indicate the success of the conference to reconstruct Iraq in Kuwait," pointing out that "Iraq suffered because of terrorist operations."
