    British Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Alastair Peter pledged on Saturday to "encourage" British companies to work in all Iraqi provinces, including Basra, stressing his country's support for Iraq in the stage of stability.
    "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi discussed in Munich with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Alister Peter, the relations between the two countries and the transition of Iraq towards construction, investment and reconstruction, after the success of the liberation and victory over the Cheers.
    Abadi stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation in the next phase, which focuses on the Iraqi government to revitalize the economy and restore normal life and support the opportunities for growth and stability in all Iraqi provinces.
    The British minister stressed his country's determination to "stand with Iraq in the stage of stability and continue to support the efforts of the Iraqi government and encourage the work of British companies in the areas of infrastructure reconstruction in all governorates, including Basra." Ending / 25
