A high-ranking Iranian official has exploded a high-profile surprise over the identity of the next Iraqi prime minister.
"The next Iraqi prime minister will be the commander of the Quds Force, General Qassem Soleimani," Supreme Council for Cultural Revolution (SCIRI) member Hassan Rahim Bor Azghadi said in an interview with Iran's Skyline television on Tuesday.
The official added that the leaders of Iraq who visited Tehran confirmed that the youth of Iraq adore the martyrdom in the arena of jihad and not confined to the stadiums with a terrorist team, referring to the "Saudi team."
The results of the elections are settled in favor of the axis of resistance and there will be no new faces in the Iraqi political scene.
