    The second deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Aram Sheikh Mohammed, Saturday, the international community to intervene to stop what he considered "marginalization" of the Kurds on the back of the House of Representatives to vote on the budget law, stressing the existence of "constitutional differences" on the budget.
