Al-Mahmoudawi said in a statement received by "Iraq News" that " we record a set of observations on the draft law on the agenda of the House of Representatives today, and the first, Article (4) first stipulates that the national company to be headed by a ministerial degree. "

"
"We reject the reference of the draft law to authorize the chairman of the board of directors of the company some of his duties to the president, which allows and opens room for the dominance of the Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as it will open the door for manipulation of public money away from censorship."
