He said in a statement that the law included the determination of the proportion of oil imports distributed to citizens equal shares within the (Citizens' Fund) and determine the proportion of profits intervened as a financial reserve invested for the benefit of generations (fund generations).
He added that a portion of the profits will be allocated to the reconstruction fund, with the aim of implementing major projects in the oil-producing provinces, addressing the problems of the main infrastructure suffered by them.
