Trump: China has asked for a plan to cut trade surplus

Trump wrote on Twitter on Wednesday that he had asked for a plan to cut a billion dollars from the US-China deficit this year.
The trade deficit between the United States and China hit 375.2 billion dollars in 2017, according to data released by the US Commerce Department.
