The deputy of the state of law Jassim Mohammed Jaafar, on Monday, the "inability" of the government to implement the item to restore their contracts retired from the security ministries in the law of the general budget, indicating that the purpose of inserting the paragraph is the electoral propaganda of the political blocs without interest in their application.
