    [rtl]Sumer News: Revealed a member of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Abdul-Qahar al-Samarrai, on Sunday, the direct commission of accountability and justice in the Iraqi parliament to re-audit the names issued recently by the Accountability and Justice, which included thousands of names covered by the law of confiscation of funds and property for the staff of the former regime.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Al-Samarrai said in a press statement that "the Committee on Accountability and Justice in the Parliament told us that the majority of these names will be re-audited," likely "not include many of them these procedures."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]"Whoever will remain in the lists can file an appeal to the judiciary, which may be accompanied by the lifting of the decision, as long as it did not cause any harm to the Iraqi people during the rule of the former regime."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The accountability and justice in Iraq, recently called on the government to confiscate the property of dozens of officials under Saddam Hussein and their relatives, according to a letter to the body.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The letter addressed to the Government Secretariat and the Ministers of Finance, Justice and Agriculture included the names of ministers and leaders of the Ba'ath Party imprisoned, dead or executed, and included their wives, children, grandchildren and second-degree relatives.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Ali Hassan al-Majid, the cousin of Saddam Hussein, nicknamed "Chemical Ali" who was executed in 2010, and the half brother of Saddam Barzan Ibrahim al-Hassan al-Tikriti, who was executed in 2007.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The list also included Vice President Taha Yassin Ramadan, who was executed in 2007, and Saddam's special secretary, Abdul Hamid Mahmoud, known as "Abdul Hamoud," executed in 2012.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Tariq Aziz, who died in 2015 after being jailed after his surrender in 2003 after the US invasion of Iraq and the overthrow of Saddam Hussein,[/rtl]
