A member of the parliamentary legal committee Hamdiya al-Husseini, on Thursday, that the parliament held its meeting on Tuesday, 17 of this month, noting that the members of parliament were notified to attend to approve the remaining laws ready to vote.

Al-Husseini called on "all members of parliament to attend to complete the quorum for the session and to legislate the important laws that include the rights and requirements of citizens."

Al-Husseini added that "if this meeting is achieved, it will vote on many of the laws presented and if the opposite happened because of the concern of the deputies propaganda campaigns and near the date of elections, it is difficult to vote on any law and migrate to the next parliamentary session."

"It is the duty of the current deputies to provide service to the citizens and their presence is part of their election propaganda to prove good faith by them and they are actually planning to serve the people."
