The central bank's foreign exchange sales rose Thursday to $ 140.69 million, compared to $ 134.33 million on Wednesday.

"The exchange rate reached 1190 dinars per dollar, in the auction held with the participation of 35 banks and 3 financial transfer companies," a statement by the Central Bank received a copy of it.

The statement added that "these sales are the results of the auction scheduled for next Sunday," explaining that "the total sales of this day amounted to about 185.9 million dollars."

He added that "the volume of funds sold to strengthen the bank balances abroad amounted to 139.35 million dollars, while estimated cash sales amounts to 1.35 million dollars."

He pointed out that "the sale of amounts transferred to the accounts of banks abroad at the price of 1190 dinars per dollar, while the sale of cash will be at the same price." Ending / 25 g
