Saudi Arabia is seeking to impose influence from the humpback gate

The US efforts to open up to Iraq and contribute to the reconstruction of cities devastated by the organization have been calling for the terrorist as long as Baghdad repeatedly accused the Gulf countries of supporting the organization, the ice of the relationship between the two countries and opened a step to establish a new page of Iraqi-Gulf relations in general and Iraqi-UAE in particular.
The UAE is seeking to rethink its foreign policy toward Iraq, especially after the sudden and sudden opening of Saudi Arabia to Iraq, which included visits between officials and the Saudi monarch's inauguration of a football stadium with a capacity of 100,000 spectators for Iraq and the establishment of a joint coordination council. 27 years of estrangement.
The UAE has begun to seriously consider how to strengthen its relations with Iraq so that it has an important role and influence in influencing the Iraqi political decision along the lines of Saudi Arabia by guaranteeing the construction of the humpback lighthouse in the city of Mosul, the center of Nineveh province.
Observers believe the Iraqi political that the UAE is seeking to have a prominent role in Iraq, like some countries in the region, Iran and Saudi Arabia and even Qatar, through the support of some political blocs or win the Iraqi government to investigate what it is.
Sources revealed the intention of a senior UAE delegation to visit Iraq in the next few days.
"The UAE delegation will bring together UAE government officials and representatives of companies and businessmen to discuss employment and investment opportunities in Iraq," the sources said.
In an attempt to make a tentative rapprochement, the UAE announced last February that it would provide $ 500 million to contribute to the Iraq reconstruction effort at the Kuwait International Conference for the Reconstruction of Iraq.
Anwar Gargash, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, announced on February 14 that the UAE would support the reconstruction of Iraq with $ 500 million.
One month later, in March, the UAE took the initiative to rebuild and renovate the Nouri Mosque and the famous Humba Mosque in Mosul, officially confirming the launch of the project after the start of the project by sending a special representative to reconstruct the mosque and Manara.
The UAE explained that the reconstruction of this mosque, which dates back to the 12th century, comes within the framework of a project that is the largest of its kind in Iraq, based on its belief that culture plays an important role in the face of terrorism. The Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, "Reflects the UAE's efforts and its role in spreading the message of hope, moderation, openness and rejection of fanaticism and intellectual, religious and cultural extremism."
The Office of the Prime Minister, Haider Al-Abbadi, announced that the United Arab Emirates has submitted an initiative to reconstruct the Hadaba lighthouse and Al-Nouri mosque in Mosul, during a meeting with Prime Minister Haider Abadi in his office, the UAE ambassador in Baghdad Hassan Ahmed Al-Shehhi.
"The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Zayed, and his belief in the relations between the two brotherly countries and the role of Iraq in the fight against terrorism, an initiative to reconstruct the mosque Nuri and the lighthouse in Al-Hadba in Mosul," He pointed out that "a special representative from the UAE will come to Baghdad for this purpose."
For his part, Abadi stressed "Iraq's keenness to strengthen relations with the UAE and all countries on the basis of mutual interests and service of the two peoples."
Last June, Iraqi forces announced that the Da'ash organization had detonated the Nuri Mosque and the historic Hadba Mosque in the Old City, west of Mosul.
The Nouri Mosque is the largest mosque in the Old City. It was the only public appearance of a leader of an organization calling on the terrorist Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in July 2014, when the Caliphate declared the areas he controlled in Syria and Iraq.
This mosque bears the name of al-Nuri, in comparison to Nur al-Din al-Zanki, the union of Syria and the governor of Mosul for a period, which he ordered in 1172.
Next to it is the Al-Hadba Lighthouse, once the minaret of the old Nouri Mosque. The lighthouse is a symbol of the city, printed on the 10,000-dinar Iraqi paper.
The United Arab Emirates has not changed its stance on the popular crowd, despite its continuing efforts to develop diplomatic relations with Iraq. The UAE's persistent accusations that it is Iran's military arm and receives financial support from Qatar may stand in the way of the new UAE with Iraq, Ministers.
Political analyst Wissam al-Kubaisi said that "Iraq is expected to witness a UAE-style openness similar to Saudi Arabia that reflects the understanding even if Abu Dhabi has its own purposes"
"This disparity between the Saudi and UAE positions is mainly due to the fact that the UAE relies on the international compass and its relations with the West more than Saudi Arabia, and therefore it is reading the situation that there is no great welcome from the countries of the international coalition with a clear Arab role in Iraq.
He added that "the UAE position appears to reflect the complexity of dealing with external files and failure to succeed in the disengagement of them," the UAE - Qatar crisis undoubtedly has a role, but we are surprised to enter into such a side.
It is expected that Iraq will witness the openness of the UAE, similar to Saudi Arabia reflects the understanding, even if Abu Dhabi has its own purposes.
