    [rtl]The Federal Supreme Court on Thursday rejected the ruling of unconstitutional ministerial orders issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.[/rtl]


    [rtl]"The Federal Supreme Court held its session under the chairmanship of Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud and the presence of all members, and considered a lawsuit to request the ruling unconstitutional order issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports No. (21666) of the 6/12/2016 ".[/rtl]


    [rtl]He added that "the prosecutor in his lawsuit the Minister of Youth and Sports in addition to his job, and requested the introduction of the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives in addition to their position third persons in the case."[/rtl]


    [rtl]He added that "the ruling pointed out that the Federal Supreme Court is competent to consider legislation contrary to the provisions of the Constitution and not the ministerial orders because they are administrative decisions set the law a way to appeal other than the Federal Supreme Court and accordingly decided to respond suit from the jurisdiction.[/rtl]
