    (Baghdad: Al-Furat News) Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi chaired a meeting of the Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction and discussed during the meeting the investment of the port of Faw and the offers and the length of time for its establishment and completion of the negotiation stages by the negotiating committee to choose one of the offers.
    As discussed by the Committee, according to a statement of the Office of the Prime Minister received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, "the draft of the army channel was approved the two books of the Ministry of Planning on the subject and instruct the National Investment Commission to grant an investment license to start the project immediately. 
    The committee discussed "completing the refinery of Karbala and approved the plan of the Ministry of Oil for funding." 
    Also discussed were the implementation of a number of other projects in the field of investment and reconstruction in line with the requirements of the next phase

    The Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction ordered on Sunday the launch of the army channel project. 
    "The committee discussed during the meeting held under the chairmanship of Haidar al-Abadi, the Prime Minister, the draft of the army channel. The two books of the Ministry of Planning were approved on the matter and the National Investment Authority was given an investment license to start implementing the project immediately. "He said.

    Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi discussed on Sunday with the Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction files investment of the port of Faw and the army channel and the refinery of Karbala.
    "Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi presided over a meeting of the Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction," the prime minister's media office said in a statement received by Al-Maaloumah.
