The Iraqi Parliament awaits the Iraqi parliament ratification of the court confessions of defendants accused of burning the ballot box store Office of the Office of the Rusafa side of Baghdad, in order to reach the real and know the parties behind it, for the purpose of making decisive decisions on the election results

MP from the coalition of state law, Nahla Hababi confirmed that the Judicial Council issued arrest warrants against three security elements and a staff member of the Commission. 
"The investigation will be detailed to find out how to open the doors of the fund store and the situation in which the guard was and whether they paid them," al-Hibabi said in an interview with the Journal News. The head of the Board of Commissioners Maan al-Hitawi said that the fire included all the hardware acceleration of the results and electronic verification devices of the Office of the elections in Rusafa, "adding that" the investigation is ongoing through the security services to uncover the circumstances of the incident, while the fire does not affect the election results, "The results have backups in the National Office and the Office of the elections in Rusafa, in addition to the ballot papers in the funds," explaining that "this is the Commission's keenness on the voice of the Iraqi voter and the outcome of the electoral process, while a member of the Board of Directors Said Kayakei that the fire will happen Large counting process and the hand count because of the combustion of electronic devices through which matching real voters papers.
Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi said that the investigation into the burning of the ballot boxes next to Rusafa is the responsibility of the Electoral Commission and not the security services. He added that "there is organized work to bring the country into the unknown and the government will not allow this." He pointed out that "the initial report indicates that the fire Deliberate, "noting that" the Council of Ministers decided to form a committee to receive complaints from citizens about who caused the disruption of the electoral process.
The Rusafa court decided to arrest four accused of the crime of burning the warehouses of the Electoral Commission, three of them from security personnel and the other a staff member of the Commission to investigate the burning of ballot boxes.
