    BAGHDAD - "arenas of Liberation"

A coalition called "rule of law" under the leadership of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to the adoption of 13% of the budget to the Kurdistan region.

Said MP Sadiq gum for "rule of law" that "the share of the Kurdistan region of the budget does not exceed 13%, according to the number of inhabitants of the region according to population statistics and the Ministry of Commerce, claims the territory returned to 17% of the budget, is constitutional and legal."

He called gum all the political blocs, "not to compliment the Kurdistan Alliance and dealmaking with him, at the expense of the share of the other provinces of the budget, because the Iraqi people may not hold political deals on his account, and therefore must determine the percentage of only 13% of the budget to the Kurdistan region."

The Kurdistan Regional Government announced that the federal government has reduced the share of the Kurdistan region of the general budget of the year 2014, to less than 11%.

He criticized the spokesman for the Kurdistan Regional Government Sven Dzia in a press statement, "what he called the policy of the federal government in the distribution of the general budget," adding that "the share of the Kurdistan region of the budget is 17%, but the federal government has downwards in the budget that the year 2014 to less than 11 % ".
