    Kuwait Oil Minister Bakheet Al-Rashidi unveiled the formation of a monitoring committee comprising OPEC countries and abroad to discuss how to distribute oil production increases between producing countries.
    "The mechanism for the distribution of production quotas among OPEC member countries, after reaching an agreement to increase production by returning to 100 percent commitment to the previously agreed production cuts, will be left to the committee later on," the minister was quoted by Kuwait News Agency as saying late Saturday. Market monitoring, with a view to reaching the best result of its distribution among the 24 participating countries to the Vienna Agreement. "
    OPEC agreed with outside producers on Saturday to return to previously agreed output cuts to 100 percent after months of cuts by OPEC countries, including Venezuela and Angola.
    OPEC and its allies have been involved since last year in a deal to cut output by 1.8 million barrels per day
