    [rtl]BAGHDAD - The cabinet held its regular session Tuesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider Abadi . And make several decisions including the leak of questions.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]An allocation was made to the Ministry of Water Resources for the purpose of addressing water scarcity from the emergency reserve .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The Council decided to exclude the Club of Sports Port from paragraph 8 of the Council of Ministers Decision No. 289 of 2017 to spend two billion dinars to pay the expenses of contracts of players and coaches and the lack of possession of the stadium and sports halls .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The Council of Ministers voted on the draft law on the ratification of the air transport agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The Council discussed the security situation in the vicinity of Kirkuk and the measures taken by our security forces and the intelligence effort. The Council confirmed that there is a new security plan and action that has been started to eliminate terrorist cells .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]There was discussion of Iraq's participation in the OPEC conference in Vienna and the position of Iraq and his vision for the future .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The Council of Ministers discussed the flow of inspection at the port of Umm Qasr and other ports in the light of the decisions of the previous Council of Ministers and measures taken to facilitate the shipment of goods, and a set of directives were taken to ensure its work properly to service suppliers .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]They also discussed the leaked exam questions where the cabinet voted on , the  development of professional standards in the selection of educational leaders and away from quotas , and a review of the ministerial exams mechanisms to take advantage of modern technologies to ensure the scientific level of sobriety .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He also voted to  abide by the legal contexts in terms of maintaining the federal competencies in the aspects of curricula, assessment, examinations and educational supervision, and no intervention by any party , and the Ministry of Education to complete the administrative investigation in the case of leakage of the questions of the subject of Islamic education for the sixth grade preparatory and take the necessary legal procedures under the provisions of the Discipline Act State employees and the public sector and decisions issued in this regard and referred to the judiciary .[/rtl]
