    published British newspaper The Telegraph, a critique of the book Professor of Political Science at Stanford University Lisa Blades, the former president of the funds of Saddam Hussein , fully explained the disappearance of his money over the past years. 

    According to the book, "The reason for the collapse of Iraq after the US invasion in 2003, the spread of civil war in an unprecedented Arab country, where the West created a sectarian conflict." 

    The book chooses what it called the "mandate of repression", relying on some archival material from Saddam Hussein's Baath Party office in an attempt to understand the relationship between the ruler and his people. "Why did Saddam continue to rule, why did the people accept him, Big?".

    "When Saddam Hussein came to power, he intimidated the opposition, but there is no denying the existence of true supporters of wisdom, especially after the discovery of oil and turning Iraq into a major economic engine." 

    He added that "Saddam security of loyalty to those close to him through bribes and the distribution of gifts from funds and screens and video, and cars." 

    As a result of the former president's policy of gifts and bribes, Saddam made a series of "step by step" mistakes that led him to a lack of money, the Telegraph reported.

    As a result of Iraq's attempts to invade Kuwait, Western forces that intervened in the war to protect Kuwait destroyed most of the infrastructure, at a cost of $ 126 billion. 

    The United States has exhausted Iraq with harsh sanctions, and some international observers have even confirmed that the sanctions have killed more than half a million children. 

    The economic collapse of Iraq led to political obstacles, most notably that Saddam Hussein carried out the cash money, which led to reduce the expenses on his supporters, and only his family and supporters in Tikrit. 

    Iraq entered into a number of crises as a result of Saddam Hussein's discrimination of the people, culminating in assassinations and assassinations of clerics, including Mohammad Mohammad Sadiq al-Sadr in 1999, as well as his opponents.
