    showed the Kurdistan Democratic Party , on Thursday, "disturbed" from a statement to Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi on Kirkuk , saying that this statement does not serve the largest bloc and the political process nucleus, while expressed his insistence that the post of presidency of his share. 

    A spokesman for the party, Mahmoud Mohammed, said in a press conference held today in Erbil after a meeting of the leadership of the party held under the chairmanship of Massoud Barzani , "The meeting was discussed the formation of the next Iraqi government, and the selection of the three presidencies," stressing that "the two main parties in the Kurdistan region reached a conviction to go To Baghdad , and asked the four opposition parties to participate in the joint delegation of the two parties, but they were not ready to respond to us.


    He pointed out that "the two parties formed a committee to undertake research alliances with the Iraqi blocs winning in the elections, and what are the visions of each block, and how will deal with the demands of the Kurdistan region," adding that "any bloc that respects the consensus and partnership and balance and is committed to the rights of the people and the Kurdistan region will be allied With them to form the Iraqi government. " 

    "The party is disturbed by the statement of Prime Minister Haider Abadi on the disputed Kirkuk between Erbil and Baghdad," he said, describing the statement that "does not serve the nucleus of the largest bloc, which is shared by the victory alliance and the entire political process in Iraq." 

    And Mohammed, that "so far did not offer any project to any party and both sides competing to form the federal government are trying to be the two Kurdish parties within their alliance," and on the delegation that will visit Baghdad, said that "the delegation consists of 6-7 members and will visit Baghdad era Saturday".

    He pointed out that "the condition of forming the government of the three principles has been a mechanism for this matter," stressing that "must end the situation in Kirkuk province occupied and must normalize the situation in them and be determined how to manage the file security by the provincial council." 

    "The demands of the Kurds in addition to the three principles include the application of Article 140 of the Constitution, and the determination of the share of the Kurdistan region of the budget and the budget of the Peshmerga." He stressed the need to normalize the situation in the areas covered by Article 140 of the Constitution. 

    He added that "the demands do not contain anything unconstitutional and all within the framework of the Constitution of the rights of the people of Kurdistan," stressing that "Iraq must be managed by the three components of the Kurds and Shiites and Sunnis, and can not manage the country individually and those components must have their real representatives Government and participation in decision-making. "


    And on the post of President of the Republic, a spokesman for the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Mahmoud Mohammed, "we insist that this position of our share." 

    The media were quoted, earlier, Prime Minister Haider Abadi, stressing the lack of "bargains" with the Kurds on Kirkuk in return for joining the four-party alliance to form the largest bloc.
