    The Turkish ambassador in Iraq Fatih Yildiz said on Sunday his country's desire to re-export oil from the province of Kirkuk and the opening of a border crossing directly with Iraq, while stressing Ankara's commitment to the decisions of the Kuwait conference and the importance of reconstruction of Iraq. 
    A statement by the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers received the "Economy News" a copy of it, that "the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mehdi Alalak discussed during his meeting with the Turkish Ambassador in Iraq, Fatih Yildiz files of common interest and serving the interests of the two neighboring peoples, stressing the importance of relations between Baghdad and Ankara" .
    The statement added that "during the meeting, the follow-up of the most important measures implemented following the visit of Prime Minister Haider Abadi to Ankara, and the possibility of access to a joint mechanism of cooperation between the two sides to serve the interests of the parties, and on strengthening cooperation on energy issues and economy through the expansion of Turkish investment projects in the coming period, At the airports of Mosul and Kirkuk and border crossings and resolve the file receivables of Turkish companies. " 
    For his part, Yildiz stressed "the depth of the relations between the two countries and the commitment of the Turkish government to the decisions of the Kuwait conference and the importance of the reconstruction of Iraq," expressing his country's desire to "re-export oil from the province of Kirkuk and across the Iraqi border and open a border crossing directly between them and Iraq."
