    [rtl]Sumer News:[/rtl]
[rtl]A source familiar with the inside of the opening bloc led by Hadi al-Amiri, said on Sunday that the latter resumed the dialogue with the leader of the alliance of Moqtada al-Sadr in order to reach understandings on the largest bloc .[/rtl]

[rtl]The source told the agency (Sumer News), "the understandings did not intersect previously," adding that "there are obstacles were and still remain in the way of understandings, notably the former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki ."[/rtl]

[rtl]The source expected that "both the conquest and the people will overcome all the obstacles in the coming days," repeating that "the government will not be formed without the blocs leading the results of the recent elections ."[/rtl]

[rtl]The table turned to incumbent Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, with the two main lists that won the May legislative elections demanding the resignation of his government following an extraordinary session of parliament to discuss the crisis in Basra.[/rtl]
[rtl]Abadi, who was counting on his political alliance with Moqtada al-Sadr's "Sauron" coalition, to form a major bloc and thus call it a second term, finds himself in a difficult position.[/rtl]

[rtl]Not only Sadr but Ebadi also lost the second largest winner of the election, led by Hadi al-Amiri, a close ally of Iran.[/rtl]

[rtl]The announcement came after an extraordinary parliamentary session attended by ministers from the government and its president to discuss the situation in the province of Basra, after a week of bloody protests that killed 12 demonstrators, burning the Iranian consulate and several government buildings.[/rtl]
