    The heads of blocs agree to add, delete and amend some paragraphs of the rules of procedure of Parliament


    According to a parliamentary source, on Wednesday, that the heads of parliamentary blocs agreed to form a committee to take the "addition, delete and modify" some paragraphs of the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives. 

    The source said in an interview for Alsumaria News, "The heads of parliamentary blocs held, this morning, a meeting in the House of Representatives with the First Deputy Hassan al-Kaabi to discuss the rules of procedure." 

    The source added that "the two parties agreed to form a parliamentary committee to amend the rules of procedure of the Council, to add, delete and amend some of its paragraphs and take advantage of past experiences of parliamentary behavior and others." He added that "the meeting agreed that the ceiling does not exceed 15 days to amend the rules of procedure."




    The House of Representatives voted during its meeting held on September 25, to rely on the rules of procedure in its current status.
