    The draft federal budget bill 2019, which is currently circulating in the House of Representatives, showed an increase in the proportion of operating expenses by the government of the current Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, raising the deficit rate to more than 26 trillion dinars.
    According to official documents received within the draft budget law, "the operating expenses in the budget prepared during the mandate of former Prime Minister Haider Abadi exceeded 128 trillion dinars, while the deficit rate more than 22 trillion dinars."
    The documents included the draft general budget table prepared by the current Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, the proportion of operating expenses in which more than 132 trillion dinars, raising the deficit rate to more than 26 trillion dinars.
    As shown by the budget in both, the stability of the rate of total revenues of oil and non-oil, to more than 105 trillion dinars and the adoption of the price of a barrel of oil at $ 56 dollars and the quantities of production as well as export rates themselves.
