"The province of Nineveh is still destroyed and has not been rebuilt despite the long period of liberation," he said in an interview with Baghdad Post. "What was built is a partial and very simple thing that the citizen may not even touch."
He added that "we do not rule out the lack of political reconstruction of Nineveh or the political conflict, and that the reconstruction of this period," noting that "everything in Iraq be or not only agreements and political consensus, even the lives of citizens have become linked to this thing."

Mosul
